Home Check-in Service
- Regular Service: 30-minute minimum
- Cost (Payment is required before service is provided)
- $45* per 30-minute visit OR
- $40* per 30-minute visit with 10 hours pre-purchased (20 visits for $800)
- $35* per 30-minute visit with 20 hours pre-purchased (40 visits for $1400)
* up to 2,500 square feet – $10 additional for each 1,000 square feet
Home Management
- Personal Assistance, Decorating Services, Organizing/Decluttering Services: free initial 30-minute consultation, with time assigned based on requirements
- Cost (Payment (required before service is provided)
- $75 per hour OR
- $60 per hour with 10 hours pre-purchased ($600) OR
- $50 per hour with 20 hours pre-purchased ($1000)
Pre-Arrival Grocery Service
- Groceries will be delivered and unpacked within 24 hours of your planned arrival
- 7-Day notice required
- Cost (Payment (required before service is provided)
- $150 Deposit – deposit is applied to the total executed grocery order. Any difference (over or under) the $150 will be charged or credited at the time of your arrival.
- Minimum Order of $50
- Holiday orders may be subject to additional charges
- Handling Fee of 25% of executed grocery order
Home Cleaning
- Cleaning time is associated with the size of the home
- Cost per visit**
- One bedroom, one bath condo: $150
- One bedroom, one bath house: $175
- Additional bathrooms: $25 each
- Additional bedrooms: $20 each
- Additional kitchen: $60 each
- Additional general rooms: $20 each
- Windows: $15 each for just inside and an additional $25 each for in/out where they can be reached.
** Pricing does not include making beds or linen services. If the property exceeds our standard cleaning services (needing additional TLC), we will price accordingly before completing the cleaning service.
